According to HN discussion, it might not be so bad because (1) actually $130k is not the minimum vague, it’s some unrelated thing that affects additional attestation requirements for “H1b dependent employers”. The bill *also* fiddlles with the prevaling wage requirement, but separately. (2) Since it has a democrat sponsor, presumably this particular bill will not be enacted in any case. (3) But yeah… :/
