  18. likechewingontinfoil said: my mom was our troop leader and from what i remember the beginning process is a lot of paperwork and generally communicating. but most everyone i’ve ever contacted in the gswcf (mainly for bronze/silver/gold award stuff) have been more than happy to help. our troop was super into camping and volunteering to help people in need, so i think you’d make a fantastic leader! you’re definitely an influence kids need :)
