Well, so much for the idea that fixing housing costs would fix our economy.
I don’t think it’s the Japanese zoning laws and non-absurd housing prices that are causing the birth rate crunch…
Buuut that doesn’t rule out ethnic homogeniety indirectly causing less restrictive zoning laws.
