Supposed to be the last Duesenberg ever built, commissioned by French cosmetics magnate Gui De LaRouche who contracted coach builder Emmett and Armand to create an exotic-bodied Coupé on a Duesenberg Type J chassis. The car would be a gift to his lover, Simone. It supposedly took three years to complete. In fact it seems the car was entirely fictional and made up by designers for Franklin Mint who had created a model of the Midnight Ghost, a numbered limited edition of 1,500 were made
