Why do we have to pay to educate them, which is a dubious proposition anyway, when we can just stop feeding them? We owe them nothing.
If you were in that situation, you’d want someone to come sort things out, too.
The difference between education vs food is that one of them doesn’t increase the exact problem it is trying to solve.
(Also, isn’t is baizuo, not baizou?)
