Tumblr is already a pvp-only game and we’ve been begging for single player mode for decades
But what about all the pornbots? And the storefront bots? Clearly there is some PvE action going on. (Though admittedly the mysterious carbots that follow players around without doing anything are more of a passive mob.)
Unless you’re going to suggest that BotMeister is a real class. I certainly didn’t see it at chargen. Then again maybe you dug around in the menus a bit more since I can tell your build is a Discourse Warrior/Weeb dual class.
On second thought, apparently they don’t make Tumblr anon plushes.
I feel like they’re passing up an opportunity for, eh, maybe $10,000 here.

This is the second time I’ve gotten a message notification with no message in my askbox.
Does this mean I received a message from someone I’ve blocked? I’ve blocked a number of bots, maybe I swept up an actual person in that by accident.
Again left unsure on whether I received a new ask, since the notification said ‘1′ but nothing new showed up in the askbox.
Maybe this is related to using the mobile website?

So it turns out it is possible to view Tumblr posts in chronological order. …if they’re tagged, and up to a certain amount (a few hundred).

I think one could make a decent case the Verizon should turn Tumblr into the social networking non-profit similar to Mozilla is for web browsers where Tumblr would embrace compatibility and open standards for social networking. Tumblr is unlikely to become profitable because its user bases is not rich and the nsfw content tends to scare advertisers. Verizon runs many content businesses which could be harmed if Facebook captures the entire attention market. By encouraging a commodification of social networking through open standards, more of the customers money/attention will be available for the content businesses.
I’m not sure many people would donate to Tumblr though.

I have no idea what the effects of that would be, but given the number of artists and other content creators on Tumblr…
