Whiteout is already fanfic of Richard Spencer. AO3 allows RPF.
(Also, pretty sure AO3 allows original fic too.)

I can’t comment on what role, if any, Dick “Literal Torchlight Rallies” Spencer may or may not have in Whiteout at the moment, as that might contain spoilers.
However, Whiteout may differ from various futurist shitposts previous conceptions I’ve posted on this blog, and in fact, already does.
Now that Whiteout : 4 is posted, you’ll have to guess on your own.
